Enter the email and click Get My Login

Click Send login to email

Open email from Westside Fitness 24

Click the link.

Set password of your choosing.

Close out and then go back in.

Make sure Bluetooth is on.

The door access will allow you access.

If you come during staff hours we can help you with everything and get you a key FOB if you get a week’s access membership.

Group Fitness Classes:

All Classes are included with all memberships and Day Passes.

Functional Strength and Conditioning is a group fitness class for all ages and fitness levels. Buffy, Kate & Branda coach movements for a better daily life.

Intro to Functional Strength & Conditioning: Help gain more independence. For anyone who has never or has not exercised in ages. 30 minutes (Branda)

Stretch Class is an all-over body stretch experience. All ages and fitness levels. (Kate)

YOGA is a general yoga and wellbeing experience.

Cycling Class (aka: spinning) is an instructor-led aerobic class.

Personal Training:

We have single and Group Rates.

Single 1/2 hour $25.

Our trainers have years of experience in strength and fitness training. They can tailor the strength training to fit your needs.

Strongman and Powerlifting Training":

The owners have 80 years of combined training and coaching experience in Powerlifting and Strongman(woman).

Greg & Buffy Gordon has competed in Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, and Strongwoman. Buffy is 2 time USS National championships.
